Whether its your first time renting an RV or you're a seasonal RV expert, Easy Camping RV is Central Iowa's place to go. With our variety of rental options, you'll be able to find the perfect RV! Lets take a closer look at the process of how Easy Camping RV works so you know what to expect when renting with us!
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
(boring stuff but necessary)
- Must be 25 years old
-Valid Drivers License
- $400 deposit due when reservation is approved
- We are not responsible for your campsite fee
- We love our furry friends! We do require a non-refundable one time fee of $50 deposit fee for your pets. Whether its one or more, it will only be a ONE time charge.
- A Security Deposit of $500 due the day the camping trip starts.
RESERVING YOUR RENTAL
(Getting to the fun stuff)
- Browse through our rental options by clicking on the RENTALS tab at the top of the page.
- Click "Check Availability" below the photos of our RVs to access a new screen that initiates the rental process (you can complete the rental from this screen).
- We offer camper delivery right to your campsite (yes, we really do it all the time!). We have to manually add the delivery fee so once you complete the reservation request we will update with the fee and email you back for you to approve the reservation. Delivery is based on mileage but ranges from $200 to $500
- If you have a capable tow vehicle and prefer to tow it yourself, feel free to do so. You will need to add the weight distribution hitch to your reservation
- If we are delivering you can decline the insurance as we have that covered
- If you are picking up the camper you will need to have insurance when you are travelling to the campsite. Our insurance covers the camper while it is at the campground but no while it is in motion

Delivery Information

Great choice on the camper! Your campsite is booked, and the countdown to your adventure is on.
Before we deliver the camper, we need the following information
1. Your campsite number
2. Do you have water at your site? If not then we will fill the water tank before we deliver
3. Will you be present when we deliver (we prefer that you are but understand if you can't make it)
On the day of your camping trip
1. We typically deliver campers in the afternoon but we can sometimes accommodate if you need it earlier in the day
2. We set the camper up for you which includes hooking up the power cord, water hose, sewer hose and leveling the camper
3. We will give you a brief or detailed walkthrough on the camper depending on how comfortable you are
Pick Up Information

Great choice on the camper! Your campsite is booked, and the countdown to your adventure is on.
Before you pick up the camper, we need the following information
1. Insurance, some insurance policies have coverage for a tow vehicle. If you do not then you need to add the basic insurance package during checkout
2. Do you have water at your site? If not then we will fill the water tank before pick up
On the day of your camping trip
1. We typically have you pick up the camper in the afternoon but we can sometimes accommodate if you need it earlier in the day
2. We will give you a brief or detailed walkthrough on the camper depending on how comfortable you are
3. We will set you up with a weight distribution hitch and adjust it for your truck
4. We will assist with your setting up your brake controller
5. Total pick up time is around an hour
The Camping Trip Is Over
Now that you are wrapped up with the camper we need just a few things from you
1. Do a double check to make sure you got all your stuff
2. We left a broom and a few basic cleaning supplies so if you could tidy up a bit before you leave that would be great
3. If we delivered the camper we will unhook everything
4. You can lock the keys in the camper (we have an extra set to get in)
5. If you are bringing the camper back after hours please leave the hitch right beside the camper
6. Lock the camper and leave the keys in our drop box attached to the front door
7. Within a few days we will check in the camper and release the hold on the $500 deposit
