Lets take a closer look at the process of how Easy Camping RV works so you know what to expect from renting with us!
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
(boring stuff but necessary)
- Must be 25 years old
-Valid Drivers License
- $400 deposit due when reservation is approved
- We are not responsible for your campsite fee
- We love our furry friends! We do require a non-refundable one time fee of $50 deposit fee for your pets. Whether its one or more, it will only be a ONE time charge.
- A Security Deposit of $500 due the day the camping trip starts.
RESERVING YOUR RENTAL

- Scroll through all of our rental options under our RENTALS bar at the top of the page.
- Clicking on the picture will take you to a new window that shows more photos and the specs of the unit
- You'll see "Check Availability" under our RVs photos and that will take you to a new screen that starts the process of renting the camper (you can complete the rental process from this screen)
- We can deliver a camper to your campsite (no really we will and do it all the time).
- If you got a good tow vehicle and want to tow it yourself you are welcome to

Delivery Information

So you found the right camper, booked your campsite and the countdown to camping has begun
Info we need BEFORE we deliver the camper
1. Campsite number
2. Do you have water at your site? If not then we will fill the water tank before we deliver
3. Will you be present when we deliver (we prefer that you are but understand if you can't make it)
On the day of your camping trip
1. We typically deliver campers in the afternoon but we can sometimes accommodate if you need it earlier in the day
2. We set the camper up for you which includes hooking up the power cord, water hose, sewer hose and leveling the camper
3. We will give you a brief or detailed walkthrough on the camper depending on how comfortable you are
Pick Up Information

So you found the right camper, booked your campsite and the countdown to camping has begun
Info we need BEFORE you pick up the camper
1. Insurance, some insurance policies have coverage for a tow vehicle. If you do not then you need to add the basic insurance package during checkout
2. Do you have water at your site? If not then we will fill the water tank before pick up
On the day of your camping trip
1. We typically have you pick up the camper in the afternoon but we can sometimes accommodate if you need it earlier in the day
2. We will give you a brief or detailed walkthrough on the camper depending on how comfortable you are
3. We will set you up with a weight distribution hitch and adjust it for your truck
4. We will assist with your setting up your brake controller
5. Total pick up time is around an hour
