Roof Maintenance

Roof inspections should be done yearly to help avoid future costly repairs

We want to start with a yearly roof wash and condition ($399)

Before the roof wash we inspect the caulking to ensure you're not in danger of a roof leak. Typically every 3 to 5 years a (peel and seal) is needed. We will remove the current failing caulking and reseal

Peel and Seal

$150 for front or back section of camper

$100 for skylights or vents

$75 for antennas

Bearing Pack & Brake Check

You should grease your trailer bearings once a year or every 6,000 to 10,000 miles

Wheel bearings that aren't properly greased will lead to tires not spinning as efficiently and could seize up or generate heat
